Acquisition / Performance Marketing

Jeremy Damamme

Profile

4 years of full-funnel acquisition: 1 year of SEO/analytics at Les Belles Vies, 2 years of SEA & paid social (Google Ads, Meta) at Avest, then a solo test year to prove my skills in real conditions. This path confirmed one thing: I would rather commit for the long run within a team, learn, contribute and drive long-term impact. Bilingual FR/EN, I am looking for a full-time Acquisition / Performance Marketing role, in-house or agency-side: operational from week one on your accounts, your tracking and your dashboards.

Solo (self-employed) · acquisition, product, data

  • Built Florish, my lead-generation platform for wealth-management firms: online financial simulators that capture qualified prospects, passed on to partner advisors
  • The whole acquisition run solo: Google Ads and SEO campaigns on a self-funded ≈€1,000/month budget, landing pages, in-house tracking & analytics to arbitrate every euro spent
  • In parallel: first client assignments (SEA management, automations, landing pages) and two more products shipped to test other acquisition channels
  • What this year gave me: the full view of the funnel, from the first euro spent to the delivered lead, and the certainty that I want to practice it on a team, for the long run

  • The bridge between marketing and business: CRM and lead generation, working directly with the sales team to match client expectations
  • To speed up the whole team: internal tools (dashboards, Python scripts) and automated campaign creation, operational time divided by 3; day-to-day management
